A UMPC is an Ultra Mobile PC. Origami the Ultra-Mobile PC is a Microsoft project that was presented last 2006 in an exhibition CeBIT in Hannover, Germany. Initially, Microsoft codename Project 'Origami Project'. Microsoft has decided to retain the name that was publicized by the media.
